Resilience | Inclusion | Safety | Empathy (RISE)

The RISE service provides intensive support to individuals who are experiencing mental health issues, supporting them to recover, live safely in their home and re-integrate into the community.

Who we help
We help individuals who are or have been involved with mental health services or the justice system and who have a desire to make positive changes, in order, to safely manage their home and re-integrate into their local community.

How we help
RISE practitioners provide holistic support to individuals to identify and agree achievable and aspirational goals. Practical and emotional support is provided to enable individuals to maintain their tenancy within their local community and develop living and self-care skills and increase employability.

How to access the service
Referrals are made through Aberdeen Health and Social Care Partnership Social Work.
