Information for professionals looking to refer someone to our services

We are committed to working with partner agencies to ensure individuals receive the right support quickly and efficiently.

We accept referrals from agencies supporting individuals facing challenges such as homelessness, abuse, addiction and social isolation.

You can find out more about all the services we offer and any eligibility criteria on our services page.  To make a referral, simply complete the relevant form for the service(s) needed.

Support and Emergency Essentials

Housing and Homelessness

Known as Settled Housing Support

Helping people to secure and maintain safe, stable and functional housing. Email completed forms to directaccess@weareac.org 

Digital and Financial Support

Known as Digital and Financial Inclusion Hub

Help with digital and financial awareness, skills, and wellbeing for everyday life. Email completed forms to directaccess@weareac.org 

Abuse and Violence

Known as EVAA / EVAA Inclusive; and Strength for Tomorrow

Safety, recovery, and resilience for anyone who is, or has experienced abuse, violence or hate crime.

Independent Living Support

Known as RISE, and Care Choices

Referral are made via Social Work Care Management.  For inquiries about this service, please send an email to everyone-ccm@carechoices.scot and we will contact you.

Residential

Known as Wernham House

Referrals are made by Social Work Integrated Alcohol Services (IAS) Team.  For inquiries about this service, please an email to management-wernham@weareac.org and we will contact you.
